Can you guess where cutie Amisha Patel loves to spend her holidays? It is not some beach or snow-clad mountains. She prefers visiting historical places. She had also done a project thesis on India’s ancient temples, forts and palaces while studying in USA.


Currently, Amisha is shooting for Priyadarshan’s movie ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’ in Rajasthan, and when her schedules permit her she takes out time to visit the state’s historical places.

Recently, Amisha took out time to visit the famous Raj Palace in Jaipur and she was reportedly very impressed by the palace’s architecture, its furniture, chandeliers, silverware and other works of arts. In fact, Amisha is quite well versed with the history of the palace, which the daughter of the King of the royal family of Chomu inherited from her father.

Amisha says her most memorable vacation was in Egypt when she visited the great pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and many ancient Egyptian temples alongside river Nile.
